Designed for larger doors and higher-cycle applications, the OPTIMA heavy-duty, gear-driven model has a continuous-duty, overload protected motor with high starting torque and instant reverse and is available in 1/2 horsepower, for both 115v and 230v, 3-phase. All units feature heavy-duty, industrial ball bearings and a solenoid brake. Jackshaft models feature a manual chain hoist with an electrical interlock.

For medium-to higher-cycle applications, choose the belt-drive ControlHoist STANDARD operator, ideal for standard- to larger-size sectional and rolling doors. Available in both Trolley or Jackshaft, with or without a hoist, in 1/3 and 1/2 horsepower at 115v.

ControlHoist BASIC belt-drive operators are perfect for operating smaller-sized sectional or rolling steel doors. Still loaded with easy-to-set features, this 1/2 horsepower unit is perfect for most commercial applications.

The high-torque 1/2 horsepower ControlHoist SELECT is a perfect choice for either small commercial sectional doors or oversized residential doors up to 14 feet high. It comes standard with an automatic safety reverse system and photoeye protector system, making it compliant for use in residential applications.
